National Rx rule: When writing Rx for children the height and weight must be entered.

The following prompt will appear when the script is submitted for a child:

Putting in zeros, periods or just clicking SAVE will cause the Rx to be rejected by all the large chain stores.

Please be sure to enter the Height and Weight for all children before trying to enter a prescription.

Alternatively, the height and weight previously entered can be corrected anytime by clicking on “Patient Profile” – see below:

Now enter the height and weight in the last fields as shown in the example below. Then click “Back”
