Setup for Supervising Physician

Steps: 

1. Clinician Suffix must be one of the following:

 "PA-C"

" PA C"

" PAC"

" CPNP"

" P.A."

" N.P."

" NP"

" FNP"

" PA"

" LLP"

2. The supervising Physician Code must be entered in Charge Entry as the Second Dr (#2) on the claim.  The Supervised Clinician is entered as Dr #1.

3. Previously Entered Claims are be edited by using the "DR" command in #8/#1
