Patients can send text messages to each office by using one of the numbers below: ( This is an example )

Please Note: If any of the above numbers are dialed, the call is forwarded to the respective main office number automatically.
Step 2:
In order to check for incoming messages click on the Mobile Phone icon located on the top of any menu. The function of this icon is to login to ClickSend for your office. Once you have logged into the ClickSend website, leave this tab open in Google for repeated use. It is not necessary to use the phone icon unless you have closed the ClickSend website.

Select “Web” to access the clicksend website.

Step 3:
Clicksend will list a history of text messages both received by Patients and sent to patients individually and by the batch
Recall system.
Step 4:
To respond to the message: click and message ( message will open ) and now click reply.
Clicksend also tracks the success of individual or automated voice calls made.
Step 1:
Send an individual voice call for any patient by clicking the “Broadcast Message to Patient” icon
Step 2:
Send a voice call to any patient – Be sure to check “Automated Call”
Step3:
In the left side Clicksned menu: click on Voice and then Voice History:
The Success of all calls made will display in this area.
The success , date time and message for each voice call will be displayed.
Clicking the “I” icon located at the end of each message will display details for the message – SEE BELOW.
How to create a list of favorite messages
It is very easy for each user to create their own table of frequently used subjects and/or message or both.
Steps:
1. Open the “Broadcast Communications” Screen by clicking the Icon located in patient information screen or the
Appointments screen.

2. Type the subject text, then click the “AI” icon to add this subject to the frequently used subjects panel on the right.
3. Type a message, then click the “AI” icon to add this message to the frequently used messages panel on the right.

The Communications Switchboard Module runs from the Practice Management System main menu and contains the following enhancements to the Click Send system:
1. The module will display Incoming and Outgoing text messages ordered by date/time or by phone number
2. Each incoming message is searched in the Practice database and the corresponding patient is attached to the message or “Unknown” if the patient is not in the system.
3. Any message may be selected to display the Patient Information or Appointment screens.
4. Messages can be sent or returned for any patient listed as per the previous page.
5. The screen automatically refreshes for new messages every 60 seconds.
6. Messages can be filtered by incoming, outgoing or both.

Select the message and click the reply icon.

The old messages will not show, but it will only work for the new messages after the rule has been set up.
