Rx Document merge codes with Microsoft Word

Recognized merge codes when using MS Word and the Rx program.

[RX_TRADE]         This is the drug name under TRADE NAME in the drug dictionary

[RX_GENERIC]    GENERIC NAME in the drug dictionary

[RX_COMMON]   COMMON NAME in the drug dictionary

[RX_FORM]           This incorporates FORM, DOSAGE and UNITS. Example TABS 250MG

[RX_QTY]             Quantity to dispense

[SIG]                      Transforms BID,TID etc into Take Times Daily format

[RX_INSTRUCT]   This is the Take modifier. Example: AT BEDTIME

[RX_REFILLS]       Number of refills

[RX_WARN1]        Warning 1 from the drug dictionary

[RX_WARN2]        Warning 2 from the drug dictionary

[AUTH]                  Current authorization status

[RX_ADVICE]       Current drug advice attachment
