Quick Start Guide

Dymo Labels for Office Medicine ™

1. Install the DYMO 330 Label printer software and setup the printer.
2. Create an encounter document with the prefix ROUTEDn

( Where n = 1-9 or A-Z ) - See attached example ROUTED1

3. Install the label file CHART.LWL

      in the directory C:\Program Files\DYMO Label\Label Files

4. Test your ROUTED1 by selecting a patient in Patient Information
5. Enter 'T' at the command line, then D1 for type of ROUTER.
6. The DYMO label program should pop-up and print a 30256 label.

In order to use another size label, use the label designer to change

The CHART.LBL example. 

The patient account number is automatically printed as the 3/9 barcode.

Optional Settings with ACDTOGGLE

CODE: DYMOPATH

TOGGLE 1: C:\Program Files\DYMO Label\Dymolbl.exe

TOGGLE 2: CHART

TOGGLE 1 is the location of the Dymolbl.exe binary

TOGGLE 1 is the .LWL file that is used by default.

These optional setting are unnecessary unless an alternate directory for the

Dymolbl.exe program is needed ( Toggle 1), or you want to use an alternate

Label other than the CHART supplied.  ( Toggle 2 )

There are 7 printable lines on the 30256 label + the barcode.
